hi everyone.
squirrelgirl - I am so glad your parcel arrived safely! I so hope i got the pink and greens right. I love those colours too.
Did you like the notepad? it was so cute and limish green, like a dress dummy... I wanted to keep it lol. The pen is made from scoubi's my daughter made that one. The beads I made, the crochet ones take me almost an hour each to make. The coiled beads use 2metres of wire, so fun to make. I am in the bead swap and was really into bead making and hoped they might come in handy for  your cards or to make a necklace. I hope you like the aussie treats, the tea is local to here, I wish i put in more vegemite for you. i had like 16 parcels to send out in 1 week and tried to give some to everyone. glad u like it. i can send you some more one day!  I am glad you can use the crochet pouch, they are so cute and great for the bead crochet, u can take some to work to do at lunch times. I taught  myself to make the beads for the bead swap. Its single crochet never ending till you finish and you decrease to end off once you put the bead inside. I am thinking of sewing or threading on smaller seed beads next time. I made one that way and it was cute. Its fun to make them. I am going to make some for myself now! I made the headband myself too. The polymer earings and brooch are new crafts I am doing and taught myself to do the swirly effect. I loved how they turned out. I also included a pink large and 2 small pink in the bead pouch so u can make some thing else.

I got my parcel today from you squirrelgirl, and it was wonderful. 
I could smell the yummy sweettart lollies through the parcel! yay my favourites!  I loved it all!

atc card with my daughter is perfect! The combs are gorgeous and cute earings! Squirrel girl carved me a birdsnest stamp so great, I cant wait to try it.

I actually received my package from emapril last Monday, but I've been slow with the posting.   It got to me much faster than I was expecting, considering it came all the way from Stockholm, Sweden to St. John's, Canada!

Here's the whole package!


She sent a green knitted sunglasses case (which will come in handy as I am terrible about mistreating my sunglasses), a pincushion in lovely colours, a sunny flower-shaped patch along with an adorable bottle filled with beads (her packaging totally outdid mine), a little pouch filled with buttons (yay buttons!!) and some of those flat sided marbles.  There's more marbles than I included in the picture... they kept rolling off the couch.  I was actually really excited about the marbles as I've been wanting to try making those magnets from them, but haven't been able to find them at the dollar store, and I refuse to pay expensive craft-store prices for things I know I can get at the dollar store.

Thank you so much emapril!   Your package was awesome and this has been a wonderful introduction to craftster swapping!  I can't wait to join another swap!

And a closeup of the pincushion.  It has a red button on one side and green on the other, as these are my favourite colours!  I really love it!
