just numbers to fill gaps between the words  Wink I'm POSITIVE that Mommabear isn't ruling out people who are over 200lbs overweight so long as they can craft up a storm for their partner  Grin

so there's a weight limit?
I think as long as you are not a skinny mini without an ounce of fat on you - you are welcome!  Cheesy

I cannot wait to make something for someone else -- might help me get over my temporary block of sewing for me.  I am so afraid nothing will fit or look right.

There is no weight limit.  I was talking to my son the other day about the size of my daughter in laws jeans and he was saying that he thought size 11 or 12 was on the big size.  Hmph.  When I wore a size 11 or 12 I was skinny.  My daughter is 15 and she just had to diet to get into an 8 so even she would be good for this swap because she is thicker than her peers.  I think the original fat girl swappers just put that number as an example.  If you think that you have a big body you are in if you want to be.

You know when I look at other women who think they are fat I think they look just fine.  Then when I look at me in the mirror I think I am fat.  So whatever, even when I was "skinny" (that size 12 stage) people told me I was fat, what the heck we can't win.  Enough of my rant.  C'mon ladies, sign up.  In a few days I will do some recruiting by pm so if you said you wanted to join again and you haven't expect a message from me.  I LOVE THIS SWAP.

mommabear, I know what you mean. People see themselves differently than others see them. I had to remind myself of that last night. My boss, who to me looks really trim and skinny, was saying she's a "big girl". It was kind of annoying me, but I reminded myself that maybe right now, she's a bit bigger than she normally is, I don't know. I guess my point is it's not anyone's place to judge someone else's size.

sorry for the long rant.

The guidelines say "from 10 to 200 pounds overweight". 200 pounds is NOT a limit. Right?
