Lady Bug Tutu

This is my first attempt at a tutu! I'm not very good at sewing so I'm pretty proud of myself

It is cute. What did you use to make it?

I measured an elastic band to my daughters waist. Then I sewed tulle to the band. (I had 8 layers of tulle) After that I cut the tulle into inch sections and fluffed it up. I then put ribbon and foam ladybugs on as decorations. (The ladybugs were stickers but I put a few stitches in to make sure they stay on.)
