Here's a lunchbag I made a couple of days ago out of oilcloth.  It was my first time working with oilcloth and I had a little bit of trouble during the topstitching part.  I can see why a teflon foot is recommended!

Thanks for all the nice comments, and Loveliness, yes I used some sew in Velcro for the closure.  I got the cute oilcloth from the local fabric store, Treade Yard Goods in Saint Paul, MN.  It was a remnant so I got about 3/4 of a yard for $3.
