I have some Rubik cube pieces that I don't need, but decided to keep since I thought they looked interesting.  Can anyone think of thinking that could be made out of them?  Huh

Jewellery is the only thing I can think of..
How big are they? Any chance of a picture?

On all sides I say that it's about the size of a dime.  And thanks for the idea, making them out of jewelry sounds like a nice idea.

Hi there

I was going to say jewelry too - could make some interesting pieces. How about large-scale pixel-type art? Not sure how many you have but even a small design could look really neat. Also, maybe add magnets to one side and just have a bunch on the fridge...like mini building blocks.

You should make rubix earrings!
Or you could glue some on a belt buckle.
or drill a hole in two and put them through the strings of a hooded sweatshirt.
or same thing and put them through your shoelaces.
or use them as buttons for a shirt!

I like that idea a lot.

Also you could make keychains.

Be careful about how much wear the pieces will get--my brother uses his cube pretty often, and he has a lot of problems with the stickers coming off (a common problem, actually--you can buy replacement sticker sheets online and in some stores). So maybe seal them really well?

True. I'd seal the stickers with a matte varnish.
