Has anyone tried to make those HUGE knitted cushions??

I want one so bad! I'm learning to knit and this will be the first book I get!

Ooooh, they're both so nice! You did a great job.
I haven't made anything out of the book yet, but the baby hat that you made will be the 1st thing that I make.
That is, if I ever find the time to knit a swatch. I'm going to be using the Bernat Handicrafter Cotton instead.
I'd like to know if anybody has made this baby hat, using the Bernat Handicrafter Cotton?
If so, would you mind sharing your swatch results with me?  lol.
I'm just soooo busy.   Kiss

Naughty naughty! You know that your gauge will be different than some other knitter's!

I happened to attend a time management seminar yesterday, and heard the wonderful line "why is it that we're too busy to do it right the first time, but find the time to do it over?"

I think I need to apply that to my knitting!

I finally finished the Chevron Scarf I talked about back on page 81 Wink  It took me over a month to finish, but I got pretty bored with the pattern about half way through and set it down for a bit.  I am so glad it's done now though!

This blew my mind!  I absolutely love how you dyed your own yarn and got such an amazing colorway!  Thank you so much for posting a tutorial on your site with easter egg dye...who da thunk?

I love this book and it's always on standby when I need quick knits to keep me going...

I made the Children's Cotton Hat in Cashmerino Aran:

It doesn't look much, but actually only takes about 2 hours and has really pleased the recipient (my daughter, Chloe):
