I call it...Rosie?
I don't know. I've always liked that name and I guess it fits!

I finished this dress a couple of days ago. It only took a couple of days to make! Nice and simple! I love the fabric that I used. It's covered in dots and little red roses. It looks ever so kitsch, and I really do love turquoise at the moment. I think the end result does look rather sixties-esque.

Thoughts?

It looks very comfy! Could we get a close up of the fabric? I'd love to see the roses.

I think that if you go on my blog and click on the picture of it I have on there, it gives you a better idea of the fabric due to the larger size of the image.

That's really cute! I love the fabric!
I was going to buy that pattern a couple of weeks ago, but I got 3835 instead. Now that I'm seeing how nice it turned out for you, I'm having buyers remorse. Maybe I'll have to go pick it up and give it a try...

I really do recommend using this pattern, mainly because its just SO simple! It didn't take me very long at all. Also, you have the option of putting sleeves in it too, which is good. I have a feeling I wil be making myself a short sleeved version of this...!

I really really really love this dress.  I think that a simple pattern with a great fabric is the perfect outfit ever.  It looks so good on you!

Looks fabulous-o! Is it lined? I almost bought the pattern, but I was kind of discouraged by the instructions. Was it easy to assemble?
