Finally got my pics all sorted out. Balletfreak made me some fabulous items!
-Etched glass vase/cup the designs for one of my fave books "To Sail Beyond the Sunset". The etching shows a boat in front with a setting sun behind.
-Reading oriented drink coster (fits the etched glass cup perfectly). Shows a woman reading and says "Intelligent"
-Book mark with handmade beads of tiny books with my fave authors names on the books.
-An altered book with a hide-away compartment in the back.
-A book purse!!!

Shawl/throw type thingie, crocheted, folded in half.  Somehow I managed to figure out how to make it curved so it fits around the shoulders well.  Don't know how that happened, but was glad of it!LOL

A book thong/mark - the pics don't do it justice, the beads are so shiny! they glitter!



A hand-painted bookmark - I'm thinking I'm gonna use it in my uni text books so that when I get overwhelmed I can look at it and imagine I was there



A framed picture - I LOVE LOVE LOVE this! I think I've shown everyone who comes in lol.

And last, but definately not least ... a great big library tote bag with a library girl on it. How cool is that? I'm taking it to work today to make all the librarians jealous ... mean? I don't think so

Arimethia: I am so into the idea of the bookmarks with due dates on them! What sort of covering did you use on them so that you could write on them (and erase!)  with a wet-erase marker?
