It took me over two years to learn to do this. Besides the route 66 turquoise stone shown above I have put the following words on mop:
Love, Praise God, California Princess, Family.

I always like to make my jewelry unique. I spoke with a man who was in the jewelry manufacturing business for 40 years, and he said that he had never seen this done.

Just thought I would share.

Do you have a picture? If so, I can't see it.  Sounds cool, though. Smiley

I am new and have not done ten posts yet.  I could email you a picture.

I have it on photobucket, but I got an error message when I tried to post the link.

gah, that is so cool. I would love to have a necklace with that in it. It's kinda kitschy-esque but very urban at the same time.

So, what's the secret? How is it done?  Smiley

Here are some bracelets I made with a mother of pearl bead

This one is a breast cancer ribbons with Love on a mother of pearl bead. We will be making "Survivor", "Mother", "Sister", "Aunt", "Grandmother". We already have "Family" on mother of pearl beads.
