Hi,
I absolutely can't sew, but what I could do was to buy a darling of a sewing box from the Fifties at the fleamarket. With black and white paint and b/w motifs I tried to achieve the typical look of Fornasetti designs, which I really like but not necessarily can afford. The chest cost 9, so all in all, I guess, I saved several thousand Euro. Grin

I would love to see a tutorial of you making one of your pieces step by step. You always have such a professional finished look. How many layers of varnish give you that lovely shine? I love the moderne look of this piece.
