Okay, there's definitely enough interest for me to start organizing a swap.  I'm going to start making groups of fabric and getting them ready now, and I'll start the signups in early June when I get back from my trip.  The crafting phase will be longer than usual, to allow time for fabric to get from me to participants.
I'll figure out how paying me back for postage will work between now and then.
I'm so excited, both to see what people make from this huge stash and to get it out of my apartment!

this is so wonderful of you! ... i have like no stash ... i love swapping, but i cant usually justify spending on materials...im sure postage would be less than the materials...and a longer than usual crafting time frame is right up my alley...i am really excited, thanks for organizing this (and being so generous)

I'm glad it looks like people are interested-
I'd be thrilled if people wanted to help pay postage on their packages, but I'm not sure how it would work.  I could send out info and people could mail me checks?  That would be great.
Honestly, though, I just want to reduce my stash.  It looms.  It hulks in the corner.  If it falls over, it's going to kill someone.
Also, I would be getting something from this- I'd also participate and get wonderful crafty items from some talented craftster.

This definately sounds fun.  I think I will have to try and find a spot for this.  all I have to do is finish up all of my swaps and get them sent this weekend.  Shouldn't be too much of a problem as it is a holiday weekend.
