OK so here's my problem. I want to make a corset for my *cough* well endowed friend (We're talking DD) and I don't really know the first thing about corset making. I know I'll need to buy several things, like boning, and things, but I'm not sure what types of things, or if I need anything special. I wouldn't mind working hard, so if I need a special pattern or anything I'm OK with that. But, oh lovely people of Craftster, do you have any suggestions, tips, tricks? Anything? Huh

Oh girly. If you search for "corset" you will be buried in a plethora of information. They're a well-loved subject around here.

I would not start with an over bust corset for someone with large breasts, dealing with the corset can be a challenge, add in the boobage and it gets very difficult.

you probably don't need to read all 76 pages of it, but this corset thread has some helpful information: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=8999.0
