really cute! as always. great fabric on the 1st and love the bottom and flower thingie on the 2nd one. is that an actual underskirt or is it just at the bottom?

i have a couple halter patterns that i keep thinking i'll attempt soon. you are amazing for being able to come up with this stuff on your own!

Both actually have two full skirts, the bottom being longer than the top.  The first one just looks like a black border, I know, but its actually a slip.

Having the slip is such a great touch. And your lil 'un looks like a sweet sophisticate in the black dress.

Very cute!  They are both so pretty.  I was wondering how you learned to make your own patterns.  Is it just trial and error or do you have a book?  Just curious how you learned.  Thanks!
