Geez I hope this picture thing works!

 The first bag is an ultra super girlie lacy thing. It makes me think of something Aunt Bea would carry fried chicken in to a Sunday picnic.



 I don't know if you can tell from the pictures but the lace is layered on the outside

The inside is white withe red polka dots.



The next is one I just finished for my friend for xmas(she likes pigs). The outside is b&w houndstooth with a pig applique(my first applique attempt) and the inside is the same red and white polka dots.

that pig is adorable...my aunt loves pigs if she's who we give presents to this year, this may be what she's getting. Where did you find the pig?

Thanks for the kind words. I made the little pig out of some felt that I had. I
got pretty bummed out when I was doing the final ironing of the bag because I scorched the little guy---What was I thinking?!? Hot iron and felt don't mix that well--dur! Oh well he is still pretty cute in my book. Here's a close up pic.
