Hi - not sure if this is the correct forum but here goes.

I've just finished a couple of knitted and crocheted handbags and totes and can't find decent cheap leather woven straps anywhere on the net.  The leather ones especially are so expensive!

I've decided to have a go at just making my own from leather cord.  Are there any websites out there with some easy plait or weave patterns I can try?

All my googles are coming up with ready made bags or handles.
