you know that needlepunch machine that runs on batteries- well I've run across 2 of them lately, one at a goodwill store and one at a church garage sale. Didn't buy them cause I already have one. Haven't used it in years, guess I ought to cause it is fun. I have a skull with bat wings- it's a design my son drew out and I put this glue on the back that you could stick it on his jacket and then take it off to wash the jacket, but that stuff never did stick very well.

Lovely Skull... how easy is needle punching?  What does the tool look like?  Is there a website that you would be able to refer me to?

Human rights are for EVERYONE.  Did you know that Aung San Suu Kyi had been released from house arrest in Burma? Many other prisoners of conscience are still being detained.  Please research this topic... Amnesty International needs your help.

I just bought a kit today at Michael's. It's not really that great of a design, but it came with a hoop, a needle & thread. I think the Michaels here must just hire grumps!

I don't get to michael's very often, but I think hobby lobby only hires some very odd people.

I just started punchneedle embroidery a few weeks ago, but I'm hooked!  So much quicker than needlepoint, cross stitch, and traditional embroidery.  But since I don't draw well, any ideas on where I can get patterns?  I've traced some pictures onto fabric, and that worked, but I'm not creative in that way.  What about once the project is finished?  I've glued some on boxes, photo albums, and journals.  Any other ideas, other than the usual wall hangings and pillows?  Don't need wearable art, either!
