Auntie M, thanks, I just googled the site and saw the pattern....so cute. I can knit a little bit but I think anything harder than a scarf is beyond my limits

I bookmarked the site though in case I do actually learn how to knit!

I made ScotSkipper that states bag for this swap and she never posted pictures of it and now she gives it away in the same swap. I guess she hated my package.

Of course I didn't hate your package, GatorWrangler.  I acted on impulse -- even though it was a generous impulse -- and I didn't think through my actions. I'm so sorry I hurt your feelings.

I sent your bag to Annie (after I showed it off at a party) because it was so cute and American. I couldn't make anything that nice fast enough to be a good Angel for this swap.

And I'm embarassed to admit that I didn't post pictures because I still don't know how to. 

Now I see I should have notified you first to tell you how hard the bag was to part with. That was careless, and I apologize. Thanks for setting me straight.

I regret you didn't contact me directly. You're right to call me on my thoughtless, bone-headed error, but I'm sorry it's in public.

I know we finished this a while ago, but having just got back from a short holiday, I wanted to show Auntiem my bag in use during travel. I actually use it every day for work too

BTW I permenently attached the whistle to the safety scarf and it is coming with me on my flight in Aug. - heat be darned.
