Here are my Royal Gals...Catherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn.

You can't really tell, but all the their jewels and trim on their dresses are nice & shimmery now.  It gives them quite a bit of depth.

Beautiful, definitely regal.  It is neat how the background for Catherine is argyle and for Anne is circles- and how those shapes reflect their attire.  Oooh that sort of subtle detail is tremendous.

Well, would you look at that! That was a total fluke because I didn't notice it at all. I did Anne first and didn't want to use the same paper for Catherine, but wanted it to match.

Pretty girls.  Did you add the jewelry itself, or just use some glaze or something on them to make it shine?

Too funny.  Bet your eye picked it up and viola - exquisite detail.

I used some kind of silverish Gelly Roll glitter pen. The jewelry was already in the paintings, I just make it sparkly, as jewelry should be.

LOVE these ladies! If anybody else wants to learn a little more about these 2 rivals, there is a good book "the other Boleyn sister" and now Showtime has a series out called the "tudors".  These cards are a great representation of them.  I love it!
