So I wonder if anyone out there is still working on their tunics?

I'd let mine languish for a while, but I finally got going on it again. Last night I finished knitting the back and winged the whipstitching with some help from the internet. I have no idea if I did it correctly, but I put photos of the process on my blog.

It looks okay, I think, and my cat approves, so now I'm on to the front!

Mine is still a work in process.  I also have been avoiding the knit.  I wonder if I will be able to finish it by the end of this month!!

Mine has  been finished for about 2 months... and yet I have no ribbon. I tried braiding some leftover of the yarn, but it was too short. I really need to get that ribbon.

I'm hoping to start at some point. lol. I've been researching the yarn I want to use to see if I can find something I'm not allergic to.
Is a DK equivalent to a sport weight yarn? It's really hard to find DK here and I hate ordering yarn online. I was thinking of using simply soft on larger or smaller needles to get gauge. Will have to test a swatch and see.

Heheh, I actually have the opposite problem, Candice - I have three ribbons and can't decide among them!

Which do you all think?

I have a few more photos on the blog.

Thanks!

the dark ribbon shows a nice contrast, but i just really like the middle with its see-through center. good luck choosing!
