Hey ya'll, or, as i should say, you guys.

I'm going to be paying a visit to Michigan [the area around the lake. which is think is the more northern part. but my lack of geographical knowledge is staggering.]

I'm looking for a yarn or spinning shop in that area that someone could recommend?
[most especially a fiber arts store. i have the hardest time finding those here in Louisiana and it would be great if someone knows of one.]

haha. yeah, sorry about that. I'm totally ungifted, geographically. seriously. I couldn't find my way out of a paper bag.
and north of the Mason-Dixon line, I am hopeless. Wink

and, my mother just enlightened me: I'll be in/around Lansing!
I see a lot of activity on this board in the Lansing area, looks like, so hopefully ya'll can point me to some fun visiting spots.

Lansing also has Yarns for Ewe and a really neat bead shop called Beads by Mia n Me.
