I needed a new "spring/summer" purse and I had some not-too-dark canvas that seemed sturdy enough yet not too rigid.  Plus I scored some great remnant pieces at the thrift store a week or two ago that I've been dying to use.

I decided to make an entire set of matching stuff for my new purse.

It's got a pocket for my cell phone and a couple pens - the two things that tend to get lost in the sea of what is the bottom of my purses.

Now for the little accessories.  I call this the "Canmore" (all my purses are named after cities in Alberta, Canada)

And for my glasses, which I desperately need to take with me more often.  Hopefully now that they're in something more stylish, it won't be so hard to do Wink

Thanks to runnermom for the hobo tutorial, and sewnikki for the glasses case tutorial Smiley

Thanks!  The blue floral lining is from a sheet, believe it or not.  Great find, I love browsing thrift stores for great fabric finds Smiley

I forget where I learned how to make triangular shaped pouches - for some reason I was thinking it was on someone's blog and they had linked to where they had read about it, but for some reason I don't have the blog's address saved in my bookmarks.  If I stumble upon it again, I'll let you know! Toque, as always, nice work!!  I love the whole set!  I keep meaning to make myself a bag/pouch/glasses case set, but I keep making other things instead...hehe!  You've inspired me now.  This is really cute and thanks for the "shout out"!!  Cheesy

I always love your stuff and this is another success. That lining fabric is amazing and everything looks really well made. Smiley

Very cute!  I like the fabrics you picked out, very spring-time.
