Ha!  I did forget something that was in my package!  I thought so....

It was a very Eastery chick push puppet!  I think that's what you call them!  You press the bottom and he goes all soft and dancy on you and you and he can jam out to the Macarena just like you did in high school (or would have if you hadn't been a wallflower of the highest order, but anyway....).

I also wanted to mention a little bit further the very coolness of one of the candies which is white chocolate in a heart shaped box!  It's so lovely I don't even want to take it out of the wrapping and eat it!  On the other hand, I wouldn't want it to go bad....   Wink  And I love the gummie bears, SC (or anyone else for that matter), have you ever tried them dipped in chocolate (after they've cooled off and formed a chocolate candy shell)?  Pure bliss!!!!  I think that may well be the fate for some of these little sweeties!

Thank you again, SC!!!!  You completely and totally rock!!!!

I'll admit it - I'm one of the folks who has been bad about coming over and posting when I get packages. *slaps wrist* Thankfully, my SC hasn't disowned me yet. In fact, she's been sending me some really nice stuff! See?

Soap in a pretty dispenser, decorated with flowers - too pretty to use! And a lavender scented aromatherapy pillow. Lovely.

My most recent package - a gorgeous beaded candle holder and 2 yummy scented candles.

Here, finally, are some pics of the awesome stuff I've received from my SC.  I actually took photos a while back, but my hubby accidentally deleted them, so that's a lesson learned not to procrastinate.  I tried to gather everything back up as best I remember -- if I've left anything out, it's because I'm using this stuff and it's around my house!

Swell mosaic frame and gorgeous gorgeous crocheted chenille scarf (also in this package was the rest of the brown yarn and a cute cell phone pouch)

box o' supplies!  Yay!  As you can see, I have already started making something with the yarn!

fabulous beaded votive holders in my fave color, and amazing desk accessories featuring my adorable doggies.  I love this so much!  Um, there was also more chocolate, which is long gone  Wink

Thanks again, SC, and I'll be much better about sharing photos, I promise!

Melinda

I've got to know-what are you making out of the blue yarn?  It's off to an interesting start!

It's this:
http://www.crochetme.com/Feb_Mar_2005/patt_lasso_necklace.html

It's not something that's taking me a long time, I just didn't like the first "berry", so I'm rethinking it.  You know, when you use different yarn from what's in the pattern, you sometimes have to adapt.  I think I will just make the top 2 berries slightly larger.  And instead of pom-poms, I'm going to make larger versions of the berries with fun fur added (because I'm lazy).  At least that's how it will work in my *mind*...

OMG! My secret craftster, gigi, rocks the most!! I got the most gorgeous silk brocade bag ever!! I have had it for two days now and I've already gotten TONS of compliments on it! I'm so excited! My sis-in-law, who is Japanese, is here for the week and she saw it when I unwrapped it and just about died. She wanted one too. She wanted to know where I bought it.  Grin

I also got 3 very fun green yarns that I can make something pretty and soft out of. Thank you gigi!!
