so, lissaj, how long did that take you in total?

I just pieced my first and very simple baby quilt/throw top today, need to go buy fleece and then tie it.  yours is on a totally higher plane!  wonderful work and will be a treasured heirloom.

the cuuuuute turtle is my favorite thing and then the spiral quilting runs a close second!

Thanks kitkabbit! I really don't know how much time it took me to do.  I worked on it for months and months and months it seems, but wouldn't even get a chance to get a single stitch in for over a month at times.  But wow, it did take a lot of hours.  That's awesome you are finishing up your first!
