I was requested to make a custom bag, with very specific measurements, etc.  Here's what we came up with - isn't she cute?  100% hemp is fun to work with, slippery and smells a bit like silk....mmmm Smiley

Any feedback is welcome, as always Cheesy

Very nice.  I love the shape.  Did you make up your own pattern?

Lovely!

Thank you!! I really like the shape too,  I think I'll keep the pattern Smiley I did make it up based on what my customer wanted.  Since it's based on a bag she already had, I'll be tweaking the pattern more to make it my own and not a copy.  But, it turned out super cute Smiley  I'm happy with it  Grin

Oh what lovely stitching! Lol I am what some would call a quality nazi. Is that your own little tag on the inside pocket?

Great shape! Really cute bag.

Do you have to interface when you use hemp? It looks so sturdy. I bet that it would be fun to experiment with dye on that material.

Thanks guys  Grin  That IS my little tag in there, I have a little side business doing this Smiley

I don't know that you have to interface hemp, but it's kind of silky and slippery, and while it's wonderfully sturdy, it's a bit of a bear to get peices cut out if you don't interface it first.

I plan to experiment with dyes on this....raw fabric is rather inspiring... Smiley
