thank you all Cheesy
It's really very easy, you just have to draw the outlines, and drill a hole in each tip of branch/root. Then you put your sawblade through one of the holes
(a saw like this http://www.sveden.com/uploads/STE%20135%20plus.jpg )
and follow your outlines. It's easy as long as you don't have to make any sharp turns, so start out with the straightest way you can go, and from there you can take things that stick out to the sides. The saw cuts this stuff like butter, so all you need is a little patience Smiley

Nice job. Great creativity. I too would love to see it all lit up. I did a computer desk mod too not too long ago  ( http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=148658.msg1471165#msg1471165 ), but yours looks more practical and I love it. Keep up the great work.

Very awesome.  I have my current PC in a server case, but I'm going to be giving it a new home.  I was actually thinking of screwing the components into a bookcase of some sort, for easier access to clean and swap out hardware.  I might have to steal your ventilation idea.
