If you searched for "Sock monkey tute" you'd find one. Smiley

This is the first sock monkey tutorial I ever used, and I found it easy to follow and understand.  There are other ways of achieving a sock monkey, but this was the first one I tried:

good luck!  you'll find lots more by searching "make sock monkey" or "sock monkey tutorial" on google.

What part are you worried about if you use a toe sock?

Hi there! For the toe socks the only tricky part is the mouth. Since there is no heel on toe socks (and that's the part of the sock you make the mouth out of) you sort of have to improvise  Smiley ! Just take your leftover pieces (after you've cut out all the rest of the parts) and make a mouth. Here's one I made, he was feeling very punk I think  Wink ! Have fun and remember it's just socks, you can always get another pair!

This is my first toe sock monkey, I think his mouth looks more like a snout, he's very cow-like! Ah, well!
