I received a draft dodger from knitting_nyxxie last week.  It's too long to show an entire picture and it's not stuffed yet so the best I could do was show a portion of it, flat.  It's fantastic material and nice and long!

I received from my lovely swap angel, Frozenboogereatr!!  I had been chosen for a punk rock sock monkey.  So we discussed punky monkeys and crazy monkeys and I told her a little about myself and let her wing it.  This is the result (he is THE cutest monkey!!)

Front of my punky bad boy monkey - look at his little jacket!

Back of monkey - see his green 'hawk and all his buttons?

Note that he is way too cool to be just a plain ol' sock monkey, he's plaid!  Thank you so much, Joa!!

Aw, thank you guys so much!

I actually stole those pins from my boyfriend...but I do not think he minds? Hope not anyway.

He is indeed a strange monkey Cheesy

EDIT: By the way, Sevsonlygirl, I am stealing your pictures since I did not take any of my own and posting them on my blog and such places. I hope that is alright? I will, of course, credit your master photo-taking skills.

So I'm on the Hunt for the postman, and when i find him i'm gonna.... Angry.... ask him where he's hidden Whiskey's button flowers!

They took a while to make and i loved making them, I posed them in the tinniest little glass vase I could find it was so cute i nearly had to keep it, but i looked at all the sharpies and knew the vase and flowers belonged to Whiskey! i was really hoping Whiskey would like them too but they don't appear to have arrived Sad and I posted them weeks ago with some candy as a thank you for Whiskey sending me those beautiful Sharpies  Grin

Now i'm having to come to terms with the fact that they must have gone astray somewhere inbetween UK and US  Sad  I made sure i got a postal receipt so I will be following it up ASAP. Whiskey, I'll keep you posted on any news  Smiley
