Alleycat.rm, I always feel like when I get good ideas from Craftster, I don't want to blatantly *totally* copy them -- but I might have to be unethical and make an exception  Wink  I love it!  Did you make the earrings by chaining the jumprings together, so it would have that "cascading" effect?

where did you get the plain charm bracelet to put the guitar picks on? And are the charms just jump rings? I feel clueless! Thanks!

Hi, Xmelinda go ahead and steal it i dont mind i most likely saw it somewhere my self and dont remember where i saw it. And yes i did make a chain of jump rings then put a jump in the guitar pick and attached it to the chain.

Cowgirl, the bracelet i used was just a plain charm bracelet with a heart hanging off the end ( i took the heart off) I also found some blank charm bracelets at Claires in the clearence section for like 1.99 or so. (the ones you put your own charms on) I did put the picks on with jump rings.

Wow, alleycat, that's a great idea. I always have picks laying around or in my purse(boyfriend-"can you just put these in your purse in case I need extra?"). So I will just steal picks from him. Wink Of course he will realixe it once he see's my cool new jewelry-oh well he can buy more(of course if he goes to the music store he may decide he needs a new guitar to go with the new picks......)

That turned out great, good job! I'm going to make something similar for my friend for Christmas because she's learning to play guitar and this is EXACTLY her style. How many picks did you put on each link of the bracelet? I like the way yours cascades and I don't want mine to look too bare.

I just used one pick per link. I alternated sides of the links too. I'm not sure if this made any difference but in my head it seemed they should be on both sides of the links. I think i used about 30 to 35 picks. The green ones and the orange ones are a little smaller than the pink and purple. The people at the music store really look at you crazy when you buy that many of the same picks at once.  Roll Eyes Oh well!
