Like the subject line says, my first attempt.  I am pretty pleased with how it turned out.  There are a few thick/thin spots and I was really wanting a worsted weight (it turned out to be bulky), but what the heck.

I have no idea the type of wool used, but it is scratchy.  It is approximately 58 yards, 2-ply.

Thanks for the nice compliments!  I appreciate it.  I have some very soft white roving that I want to dye and then spin.  I am going to decide on the color this weekend.  I cannot wait to start spinning it! Grin
