Hello crafty kids.

Here is a shirt I embroidered for a friend for her birthday. Devendra Banhart a la Indian:

And a shirt for myself, Joanna Newsom and the boat from The Milk-Eyed Mender cover (which is embroidery-intense, have you seen it?):

I am happy with them. Thoughts?

Awesome work!

It still totally trips me out when I see stuff for Joanna Newsom around in magazines and popping up on craftster. She's from my home town, I went to high school with her and used to go see her at open mike night at a local coffee shop. We're not friends or anything but we ran in the same circles as teenagers. So bizarre.

Great job though, I really like the Indian one.  Cheesy

i love the style of these. awesome job !
(and the milk eyed mender cover is fantastic ! i'm not a fan of bright eyes, but one of his more recent album covers was embroidered, its pretty cool. )
