Glue, buttons, and a wall. Hmmm...

I did the Apron Swap a little bit ago and my daughter saw the apron I got, and immediately wanted on herself.  So I just put this together with some scraps that I had laying around in my craft room.  Here we go:

I appliqued two flowers and a butterfly on it.  I also added some buttons.  The apron is divided into two pockets on the front.

And of course the action shots:

And one of her modeling:

(Please excuse the clothes in the background.  When she plays dress up, no ones clothes are spared.)

Please let me know what you think.  Thanks!

Oh my gosh!!!  That is sooooo cute!!  I need to make one for my daughter, she loves to help cook.  I see your daughter wears her sunglasses upside down too!  She's totally cute!

The apron is darling!  Love the flower & butterfly details...  (and I'm totally going to keep that idea in my brain and copy it someday!)

But your daughter?  WAY cuter!  The sunglasses and the shoes are killin' me!   Grin

Sooo cute (the toddler especially!)  Did you pattern it off of your own apron?  Great job!  I need to make some of these for my "little helpers."  Now I'm inspired to use up some of my stash!!

Thank you everyone for the kind comments!

Yes I did pattern it off my own.  It was so easy though.  It was just 4 rectangles and the band for the strap at the top.  I just cut out the appliques freehand.  Super easy!  Have at it, it's a great way to use up your scraps and leftovers.  If you do make some, will you post them?  Hope so!
