Anyone else knitting these? I just cast on last night on 2.5mm needles on ML. No pics yet, as I am only a 1/4 of an inch in (those stupid ktbl!), but I figured since they are so popular that at least a few other people are working on them. Join in! Grin

I'm working on these as well!  They're for the sock-along going on, and I've finished one of them so far.

I'm knitting these too. I fnished my first sock and I'm about 2 inches into the second. This pattern takes me ages because I'm quite a slow knitter but when I finished the first sock it was so worth it! I can't wait to finish the second one

I am totally in on this.  I am going on a 1 month vacation to JOrdan to visit hubby's family.  They spend alot of time speaking arabic since his mom doesn't speak english, so that leaves me alot of time to either play with my daughter & knit.  I only want to pack small knit projects & I have all my stuff ready to go.  I honestly cannot remember the name of the yarn I am using.  It is a hand dyed yarn made here in Colorado.  One skein costs almost $25 but the skein is enough for 1 pair of socks.  I have never spent that much on just 1 kein of yarn but when I saw it I couldn't resist.  I actually hand 2 hanks of Koigu but when I saw this yarn, I actually put the Koigu down.

I'm knitting these right now, too.  I'm on the second repeat of Chart A.  It's really fun and not as hard as it looks at first. Smiley

I'm planning to knit these, probably once I finish my current pair, and I was wondering what the sizing is like. 72 stitches seems really big to me since 64 stitches are a bit too big for me unless it's a really unstretchy pattern. So, I was just wondering, are these particularly unstretchy? Should I start as written and try it on or should I cut a few of the stitches from the lace panels to make them 60-64 stitches around?

Thanks in advance.

GAH... I have a sock problem... I'm working on too many right now. I should be able to start the Pomatomus socks today or tomorrow. : ) I'm almost done with one of my other pairs.
