I'm getting better at making purses (I think). Please let me know what you think of my latest!

This is a diaper/tote bag I made out of two placemats. It's a little boring on the outside, so I might add some sort of applique or something. Suggestions?

Inside:

My first Jordy!

Inside.. no pockets or anything, I thought it would make a good little girl purse. It's kind of small.

Thanks for looking! I'd love to hear your comments!  Grin

Both are really cute. I love the fabric/pattern on the second one. You did a super job.

Neat job! I think it might be difficult to applique once you've sewn the bag together. But you could get a big matching silk flower and glue it to a pin back and pin it to the bag.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments! I guess my anal side is really coming out with making purses...I can't stand to have uneven linings!
