Ring Ring, Who is it? Oh, a Princess Phone!

I chose to make a retro Princess Phone from the 50's
For those of you too young to remember/know what a princess phone was:


Majority of it is made out of felt, sewn by machine, and stuffed mainly with fiberfill and a few bits of cardboard to hold it's shape.  The dial is made of some clear vinyl with circle stickers stuck on for the numbers.  The cord is a hand crocheted spiral.

So funny youmade this. My mom and I were talking about this the other day -- apparently she asked for a Pink Princess phone for her sixteenth birthday, and instead she was given a pink princess TOY phone....that then I played with quite a bit when I was little and we visited nanny and pappy!

(how did you make it? this would be a really cute gift for me to make for my mom)
