Craftster Desktop Widget

I have no idea how to make one or what exactly it would do...but I think it would be wicked.

Even if it just linked to a fave board on craftster or the hot new topics or something.

It would be nice to have one that gave you a preview of new threads/posts. 

I don't know enough about programming to make one or I would!  Maybe someone else can do it.

that would be uber cool... though i don't think i'd use it, only because i overdo it on craftster without the widget.

I actually have that with my google desktop.  I get updates on local news and new posts on craftster (probably since that is the site I am on the most).  It's kinda cool.  That's how I found this post!  Just don't know which gadget it is that does this.
