It's beautiful, kaesea! (but not as nice as mine  Grin) So far all of the books are so wonderful. I guess we have aroze's to look forward to, and then, off they go again!

Yes, I was greedy and did two spreads.  I really wanted there to be something red behind the eyelets on the heart.  In my defense, I decided to do two BEFORE we all made the decision to send the journals around a second time.

The whole book looks awesome -- thanks for spilling about goatgoddess's technique.  I was wondering about that.  I was lucky enough to see all the other spreads in person.   Grin

Your book is beautiful, kaesea!!!! It's so fun to see the spreads that came later. I am so excited we'll get to see them all again in person on the next round. Cheesy

The texture on the little book I did is thick clear embossing granules heated w/ a gun. I think I did three layers.

Ok kids, here we go...here's my book, and now this round of the ring is officially done.

Cover - I'll try to take a better pic of it later...you know how scanners are with 3-D objects...

Inside cover with tags -

1st page by me -

Racky's pages...beautiful! The texture is awsome and the little tag comes out.

Stiffly's pages - These are just crazy cool! The left page looks to be made of 70's paper dolls and the left page...jointed paper dolls with tags that say "black" if you have them on one side and "White" on the other. (the backside of this page has more of the 70's paperdolls)

Kat's pages - great mustardy yellow with sewing  patterns and awesome little dress forms

GG's pages - what can I say? Frida. And we all know how I feel about Frida. Stunning.

Kaesea's pages. Each little envelope has a tag in it that comes out. Each tag looks like a flash card from beauty school or something and has the shape of the face on it. (oval, square, round, heart, etc) Very cool!

And finally, the inside back cover with the rest of the tags.

Thanks to everyone for playing our game and I can't wait to get the books going around again.
