i love these. i also saw them somewhere once...a magazine perhaps? or online? wherever it was, i remember that they were priced ridiculously. good job!

i think this is where i saw them originally: http://www.joystiq.com/2005/05/09/tetris-shelves-for-the-gamer-with-style-and-cash/ but, as you can see if you search online, they are not the only ones with this idea.

I love tetris crafts! They look great now, and I can't wait to see them if you get around to painting them! I get the same way, when I "pretty much" finish something, I tend to move on to something else!

this is an idea that has been floating around in my head, but due to my major lack of carpentry skills, I was just going to buy like 20 wooden boxes and paing them the appropriate colours in sets of four and glue/place them into the correct shapes.

I cant wait to see these painted!

This is a really good idea too. You should try that!

I loves me some crafty goodness!

neat!  I'd love to have those myself.

I'd orginally seen them at www.bravespacedesign.com which is where that link talks about, but the store at brave space lists them at $1500 for 10 blocks which isn't that bad for such an innovative idea IMHO.  It's weird that that article said $7000....maybe it's some crazy expensive wood?

i think that what is on bravespace now is different that what the article refers to. it was a super long time ago that i saw it, like 2 years at least. maybe they've since made a cheaper version?

Great job. This so looks like something I would do. Keep up the good work.
