He's awesome...and I love the way you matted/framed (?) him as well, makes him seriously jump out at ya.  Looking at him, I keep expecting his tongue to poke out and go "blehhheephhhhtth!"   AND  one more creative way to get away with just doing heads without bodies (my personal preference).

VERY nice!  Cheesy It's so colorful, and the shape of the face is so jestery perfect. I used to have a sweet jingle hat like that. A friend of mine stole it and disposed of it, however,  Angry because I insisted on wearing it in public.
