This is not so much a recipes as instructions, really
cake mix
chocolate frosting
gel tube frosting
m & m s
Nutter Butter Sandwich Cookies
Vanilla Wafers

Bake cupcakes according to cake mix pkg instructions. Frost w/ chocolate frosting reserving 1/4 c
Cut Nutter butters in half, and then separate ( 1 cookie makes 4 pieces or 2 prs of ears)
Cut 1/4 off the vanilla wafers, one for each cupcake. Place Vanilla wafer in the center of the cupcake, and one nutter butter piece to the left and right of the wafer, for ears. Place two m & ms above the vanilla wafers for eyes. Draw on pupils, nostrils and smile with gel tube frosting. Put remaining chocolate frosting in cake decorating tube w/ star tip and make hair in between the nutter butters.

Uhhh...cutest cupcakes ever, by far.  I'm bookmarking this for future culinary delight.

If you are working on (or thinking about starting) a postage stamp quilt with 1.5" squares, I have scraps and squares to give away.  PM me if you're interested.
