does anyone in the baltimore are know of any sanrio suprise or a japenese style store in the area???

I'd recommend going to HMart. It's a large Korean grocery store chain.  They have a little Hello Kitty section. There isn't one in Baltimore, you have to go to Catonsville.  Here's the address: 800 North Rolling Rd. Catonsville, MD 21228
