Movie: Jaws

Bag Title: Don't Go In The Water!

As a kid, this movie terrified me, especially since I swam in the ocean near Martha's Vineyard, where the movie was filmed (I think). As an adult, this movie still terrifies me, but at least now I can appreciate what a great movie it is!

So here he is, complete with bloody, dismembered victim that doubles as a lip balm cozy. His beady eyes are looking for his next victim!

There are 2 zipper compartments, and the larger one is lined with a batik fabric that looks a lot like intestines!

And the unfortunate victim...

Jaws is made out of grey fleece, red duck cloth, white felt, and cotton fabric for the lining. The victim is made out of muslin, sharpie (for face and blood) and fun fur. There is a strap on the back (visible in first photo) and the whole thing is about 8-10 inches long (lip balm cozy/victim can be used for scale).

Thanks, everyone, for all of the great comments! I made the bag after a couple of bad days at work, and it was a real stress reliever. Although, I think I may have subconsciously transferred some of my feelings onto the unfortunate victim- I wasn't planning to have him be dismembered! Wink Funny how the mind just...well...has a mind of it's own  Grin

I haven't taken it out in public, yet. It would make a good bag to take to the beach!

Except that I don't go to the beach. There are sharks in the water...
