Has anyone used one of the self-marking hem markers where you do the ol' stand/turn/stand/turn and mark the hem yourself with a blower and chalk?  I would love to have even hems again.

If you have no one to help you with hems, and you sew plenty of skirts and dresses, they are a worthy investment.  The mark is faint, so you need to place pins where the marks are before the chalk falls out, but it's tons better than crooked dippy hems...says the person who went around for the longest time with dippy hems.
