I'm organizing the swap on a site where I'm an admin, but I've never done one...so I thought I would come here for advice!

It's a magic yarn ball swap, and I was wondering if anyone here has any general advice.

I expect it to be pretty small, but we haven't set a date or anything yet, so I don't know. Smiley

I hope this isn't a terrible violation of the rules...

Take a look at the swap signup forms to see what sort of guidelines this site requires, both for a swapper and the organizer. Because this would be your first time organizing, I would consider limiting the size of the swap as well.

I believe there have been two magic yarn ball swaps done here. If I were you, I'd do a search through both the signup threads and the galleries of those two swaps and see how things were done.

Good luck!
