Wow, Debbie, I gotta say, you went all-out on this one!

There are so many things I desire to knit in this book... the newsboy cap, the yoga bag, the alligator mittens and monster slippers... MAN! This book is going to rock.

Oh, and Deb, since you check these boards - any Canadian bookstores on your tour lineup?  Cheesy

OMG!!!   i have laryngitis and my scratchy quasi-squealing was driving the husband, the dog and the cat insane.  I think I might have to quit my job so I can knit and knit and knit some more!!!!!!   Forget sleeping, forget eating, heck, showering isn't even a must when the call of the needles is soooooooo strong.

I must have the flames sweater, the heart pixie hat, my very Ramone to snugggle up to at in the temperate Arizona winter!

It doesn't feel like exercise when you're wearing chiffon.

It looks like she's coming to Oregon, I live here too!  on Knithappens.com, you can find her calendar of events, and in January of next year there are two dates for Portland.  No exact times or places yet... keep your eyes peeled!

O_M_G!
All I have to say is that it's good that I live by myself because I've gone to knithappens at least 5 times since the projects got posted.  Thank heavens my copy is on its way, I can get away from the computer.  Of course then I'll just sit on the couch pouring over the actual book!  Can't wait!

From looking at the photos on the website I can only assume greasy, shiny and botoxed is the way to look this season. Them's some scary models under those beautiful knits!

What is the freaking deal with "dewey" skin?  Frankly, it looks a bit too shiny for me.  I think Renee Zellweger is taking over the beauty standard.
