I found the sax image on a google image search, and the font is Courier New...I have to say I was quite suprised when this actually worked (no bleeding, what??!)

the lettering looks really... what's the word i want... crisp?  even? for a stencil.  how did you do that part of it?  spray adhesive?

thanks! I just used regular poster board for the stencil, and used spray adhesive to stick it down.  I used a glue stick to glue in the holes in the a's and e's so i wouldn't have to use bridges (lazy me!) I've found that using a sponge and just dabbing in paint makes the stencil come out better than using a roller or something.  At least for me...hehe, practice is the key, grasshopper  Grin
