one of my firends turned 18 a while ago and I did not have any gift idea's. So I asked her what she wanted and she said she wanted stenciled shirts. I thought that was a little boring (not for everyone, but for her it is since she always wears stenciled shirts).
Then I thought of what I always buy as presents if people are as weird as I am and I am uninspired; cool socks. Soooo, here they are. I made 4 diffrent ones, so she can match them as she likes to.

what do you think?

I really like them. Was it very hard to stencil on the sock fabric?

no, it was not really difficult. in fact, it was my first stencilling project.
I did put postcards in the socks, so they did not really flubber to all sides and the print would not crack when you put on the socks (for the print was already a bit streched out).

Great idea and cool stencils.  I think we should do a stencil challenge of the the most unusual item of clothing you could stencil...hmmm I wonder if I could stencil something onto my bra  Undecided

I thought of that too! the easiest way would be to make your own bra and stencil it before you put the thing together. the easiest way stencil-wise. making a bra is maybe not the best plan Wink.
I think it works best with those padded bra's, but I really don't know why I think so Roll Eyes (is it my special stencil intuition Cool?).

Yep I'd have to agree that a padded bra would probably give the best surface area to stencil on Wink  I'm definately not up to making my own bras Shocked
