I have been making a load of bags/purses for craft swaps recently but I sat down and made some for me for a change!

these are the results.

I adore this fabric, the girly pin-up fabric is from a swap craft

this is a smaller bag from more fabric swaps Love this one too!

a colourful big bag for overnighting for my daughter

a little fabric bag to match the skirt that I made yesterday (for a family reunion)

and a blue bag for a swap but I like this, so I might make one for me, the fabric is reversible so I cut the sides in panels and finished it off with a riveted metal flower and some beads

comments, suggestions advice etc would be very welcome!

I like the shape of the overnight bag for your daughter! It looks very roomy.

That pear fabric is lovely!  Could you tell me what line it is from or what store to try?

Thanks!

I love that apple and pear fabric, I just got a fat quater of it in a swap and there was just enough to squeeze this bag out of it, its lined with pink and the handles are made of the lining fabric, that has been oversewn with all the other colours. Its such a cheerful fabric!
