I know that I dont really know anyone that well, but I love the idea of this swap, and the idea of filling a flat rate box with what we call around here 'HAPPY's'

That sounds like a really good idea! I'd love to join if somebody's willing to send to Germany, and maybe include some store bought things, too - my crafting time is limited by two little girls and a few other time consuming hobbies, so the prospect of making a greater number of time consuming things would be a little daunting. But I'd so love to join in Smiley
I've just finished my first swap successfully, should get the feedback soon, too, so that wouldn't be a problem.
