Earlier this year I made a personalised Guess Who for my friends 30th Birthday. (See http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=144359.0). My flat mate loved it and asked if I could could do one for her 8 year old nephews birthday. We decided on a Lord of the Rings theme as this is his favourite thing in the whole world.

I used plain paper due to lack of time and $$$ so it's kinda of matte looking. I used glossy paper on the last one which came up much better and looked more professional.

The kid loved it.... it was his favourite present which for an 8 year old is a big call!

starrygay - it quite possibly does exist in some form somewhere. the green guy is treebeard. i actually wasn't that familiar with the movie characters as i haven't seen the movies (much to the 8 year olds disgust!) so it took a long time just trying to find the right pictures of the right characters. lucky the game has won me brownie points.

mixymo - harry potter.... genius! i've put up a template on a webpage for the first game i did. maybe we could get a collection of different themes for people to download for their own games??

This project is ingenius! And great craftsmanship. I'm a huge Lord of the Rings fan, so this looks like a ton of fun to me.

I'd LOVE a Harry Potter version. I may make one myself. My husband and I are huge potter heads lol

Hehe, I like lotr. I meant what is the green thing second from right at the back in the first pic?

Maybe I'm slightly addicted to Terry Pratchett (my parents' fault), but a discworld one could be quite cool.

Oh, I am SO glad I'm not the only one in the world who makes personalized Guess Who games!  I have a few different sets and I just switch the images out when I want to play a different one.

Nice job Smiley
