What information should be listed on my tags?

Ok so I'm taking the plunge and getting professional tags printed for my merchandise... I found a fairly cheap printer through ebay. My only question now is what information NEEDS to be on the tags... I know my logo is going there, but I was wondering if I should have my website on there as well? The tags are fairly small (1"x2"), so there is not a whole lot of room for text. These tags will be attached to all of my items with a ribbon. I want your advice! Let me know!

Yes! Website for sure. And any contact info, and you could also put a line for a general decription of your products.

I'm just worried the text is too small? the tag is 1"x2" and i'm already worried that just the website will be too small to read.

Hmmm, that is REALLY small. I think its pretty important to have your website on it, definately more then just a logo. Can you get the tags in a bigger size?

The thing is I don't really want them bigger... most of my items are fairly small themselves (belts and flower pins) and I think a bigger tag will overwhelm them. I managed to fit my logo and website on there in a fairly decent size font... I guess if people want more information they can get it from my website.

what about longer? could you do something like "lindseydesigns.com"? sorry if i spelled your name wrong...that way they get the name and site in one..thats basically what im doing with some of my smaller items..

just fyi, i think there is an error in the html of your sig line.  it includes an extra set of quotation marks?
